Support Request: Run External Application

Hello,
I am trying to get siteKiosk to run an external application i have created.
I have entered it in the applications panel and checked 'start application automatically'.
Also I've selected to keep SiteKiosk in the background.
If I click test, on the applications panel it runs just fine.
When I try to run through SiteKiosk - run once, the app only occupies a small window in the top left corner of the screen.

I am running in trial mode to ensure it will perform satisfactorily, before purchasing multiple copies.

I have used SikeKiosk in the past with external applications, but this time no success.

Under access/security, click the settings for block system critical windows and dialog boxes and go down until you see the word "Open*" with a red dot next to it. double click that and select "explicitly allow the display of this window", save your configuration and try running the application again. Also try running the external application in auto start mode and see if you get the same results.

Are you able to manually maximize the windows to the full screen size? Can you replicate this behavior with a default config file?

The solutions proposed seemed reasonable, but did not work for me.

Can you drag the application window? Are you able to move the mouse outside of the small square on the top left where the application is displayed? Are you able to manually maximize the windows to the full screen size? Can you replicate this behavior with a default config file?
