Support Request: Cannot access Kiosk PC because SiteKiosk is unable to start

Description

The Kiosk machine is configured to load SiteKiosk on start however it's unable to start in a timely manner and continuously fails. I enter the default password when prompted and it will take me back to a login screen. I cannot access the PC in order to troubleshoot as I don't think the break keys work unless the Sitekiosk program actually starts (which it's doesn't).

This happens when you set Sitekiosk to autostart? Does SiteKiosk start in start once mode? When you say it fails, is there an error on the screen or SiteKiosk just does not start? If you have antivirus installed on this machine, that is one thing that would prevent SiteKiosk from starting. Try making an exception in the settings of your antivirus or uninstalling it completely to see if you are able to get SiteKiosk up and running.
