registers walk-away command but will not maintain walk-to command.

Were there any recent changes that could have caused the issue or has the pressure mat never worked with SiteKiosk? Did you change the screensaver activation method in the SiteKiosk configuration editor to use the Larco mat?

We upgraded all of our kiosk machines to the latest version of the SiteKiosk software. After the upgrade we were no longer able to use the Larco USB mat with sitekiosk.

Please send a copy of your SiteKiosk configuration file to ward(at)provisio.com so this issue can be escalated.

So I found out that the Larco mat only registers commands once per action, one command for stepping on the mat, another for stepping off the mat.
Larco has a software utility called SonicGaurd that you can download from their website that allows you to set these commands for each action.
