Support Request: Machine Stolen

Hello,

I am writing to inform you of an unfortunate incident that has recently impacted our customer.
One of their machines, which had a license installed for your product SiteKiosk, has been stolen.
This unforeseen event has not only caused them inconvenience but also the loss of the valuable license
that was in use on that particular machine.
They had purchased 26 licenses but now only 25 machine are installed (1 stolen).

Given the circumstances, we kindly request your assistance to allow the re-installation of the stolen license on a new machine.
We understand that this might require some verification processes on your end, and we are fully
prepared to provide any necessary documentation or information to facilitate this request.
For your reference and verification, I have attached one zip file containing 2 documents to this support case:

1) A copy of the police report that was filed regarding the theft.
2) A PDF document containing proof of our purchased licenses.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could guide us through the process of transferring this license to our new machine, including any specific steps we need to follow or information you require from us.

Hello,

In general, the SiteKiosk license is not tied to a specific machine / computer and you just can reinstall SiteKiosk on a new machine.
This applies to both SiteKiosk Online and SiteKiosk Classic.
