FAQ: Modifying the protocols allowed in SiteKiosk
Just like certain other settings, the list of allowed protocols in SiteKiosk can only be modified directly from within the .skcfg configuration file.
Open your saved configuration file with an editor and go to the section
<schemes defaultallowed="false">
for a fairly comprehensive list of protocols available on the Internet.
Example: The TRUE element in
<scheme name="telnet" desc="Reference to interactive sessions" allowed="true"/>;
indicates that this protocol is allowed.
