Support Request: Allow users to check personal email
We currently have only adp.com web site access from our SiteKiosk machines.
-The only application that is allowed is Chrome
-Surfing Area > URL's/Paths > the path online.adp.com/ is allowed
This works great. However, now management wants to allow users to check their personal email (not all employees have corporate email and some company communications are sent to their personal emails).
I thought I could just make the following changes:
-Add
https://mail.google.com to the Surfing Area > URL/Paths allowed section
-Also, Under Start Page & Browser > Advanced (Customize Chrome Browser) > Browser Toolbar I turned on "Show Address Bar"
But when I activate the SiteKiosk software and see ADP on the browser tab, I try to add another tab (to check email) and all it does is bring up another ADP tab. I need to allow for about 10 different email sites (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.) but I'm not exactly sure how I should go about configuring this.
Can you point me in the right direction?
